We believe that team building events do not have to break the bank to be first class. 
 
Out of the Box Events' Scavenger Hunts are successful team builders.  The hunts are designed so that the team players collaborate using strategy, creative thinking, problem solving, and time management to solve sophisticated clues.  The team building clues are mental, much like work-place duties and tasks, the answers to the hunt are found at your chosen location. 
 
Before we begin creating your custom hunt, we learn a little about  your company and your teams. We listen to your goals of the hunt, whether it is introducing new team members or rewarding your staff with an outing or holiday party.  Then you let us know how custom you would like your hunt.  Custom questions can be created that relate to your company's history and industry. We have an optional questionnaire we email you for each team member to fill out.  This is a successful ice-breaker and effective way to introduce (reintroduce) departments and colleagues to each other.  The information gathered from the questionnaires are incorporated into your hunt.  Everyone is on an even-playing field and we know from experience that the added personalization produces better results.
 
Our scavenger hunts stress team unity, trust and positive morale which is beneficial to your daily workplace. This communication and bonding continues long after the event when different team members have a common and memorable experience to share.

Team building for Bloomingdale's

Their scavenger hunt had a retail theme. Every clue incorporated trivia and history about Bloomingdale's and the answers were retail related.

Team building for G2 direct & digital

The goal of this hunt was to bring together offices from San Francisco and Los Angeles.  We created a hunt that incorporated each office's clients and fun trivia about each of the 80 team members. Their goal was accomplished and we still hear about the on-going positive results.
