Diversant Chairman John Goullet Sees Growth Progression After Reporting $120 Million in Revenue for 2015

Since John Goullet co-founded Diversant, the New Jersey-headquarter staffing firm has experienced growth expansion over the years. The firm reported $120 million in revenue, in 2015, ranking as number 116 on the 2016 Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) List of U.S. Largest Staffing Firms. Mr. Goullet is known in the information technology industry as a leader and successful entrepreneur starting at the bottom and moving up to the top. His first job after completing his bachelor’s certificate and master’s degree from Ursinus College was at a IT employment agency. He worked as a consultant and account executive and eventually pursued owning his own staffing firm.

 John Goullet was owner of one fastest growing companies in the United States, Info Technologies, until a merger with Diversant Inc., in 2010. Diversant Inc.’s founder, Gene Waddy and Mr. Goullet mutually agreed to the name change to Diversant, LLC. The firm is now one the largest African American business-owned information technology firms in the nation. Under the leadership of both co-founders, the staffing agency is recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts, Black Enterprise, Diversity Business, and NJBIZ. Within two years of forming Diversant, SIA

named the firm as the Top 60 Fastest Growing Staffing Firms in America.

 Diversant, LLC continues to further expand its services and open office locations in specific geographical areas in the U.S. A Dallas office was opened in February 2016 to meet the demanding needs of their clients in the DFW metropolitan area. The company is offering solutions for temporary, direct hire, and contract hire staffing services. In addition to opening a new office, John Goullet accomplished finalizing the Vircon acquisition for Diversant. Vircon added growth to the staffing firm, reporting $25 million in yearly revenue.

 John Goullet brought 29 years of experience to Diversant in executive leadership and information technology staffing consultancy. In his early career, he worked for Computer Science Corporation as a computer consultant and IT staffing account executive. He founded Info Technologies, in 1994, which was ranked as the eight fastest growing firms by Inc. Magazines.
