Gluten Free Pizza & Beer Available Soon
Because of the demand of gluten free food items and drinks in America, some of the known stores prepare to meet the demand. Pizza Hut will start selling gluten-free pizza from January 26 in its 2,400 branches.
Rival Domino’s has started selling gluten-free pizza in 2012 but that they do not guarantee full gluten-free pizza.
MillerCoors has also announced to release a new version of Coors Peak Copper Lager beer that will be fully gluten-free.
However, this will enter into the limited edition and regions available in only Portland and Seattle. Anheuser-Busch also started a gluten-free beer but didn’t expand its market.
Gluten-free food items are growing rapidly and it hits $4.2 billion in 2012 and will increase to 50% by the end of the 2014, according to the Packaged Facts Industry research firm.
In addition, girls are more likely to prefer gluten-free cookies than boy, according to the report.
Sultan Alhokair, thinks more and more companies are interested to start the trend of gluten-free foods in order to earn more cash.
