Upcoming Public Scavenger Hunts in the Los Angeles Area

The clues are filled with information and "out of the box" trivia. These clues lead your team to hidden gems, there you work together to solve as many clues possible. The clues are designed for tourists and local experts alike. It is not a race, but rather the team with the most correct answers, wins! Have fun with your families, friends and co-workers and learn a little about the areas we pass everyday.
Out of the Box Events Featured on NPR Santa Monica Scavenger Hunt
This summer, OOTBE is featuring 2
great new hunts in Santa Monica. We'll have a daytime hunt for families and a nighttime excursion just
for the adults. Both hunts explore
great Santa Monica landmarks such as the Pier and the 3rd St Promenade. AND Each ticket includes an exciting
ride on the giant Ferris Wheel. Make sure to have your camera ready because
there will be photo challenges!!
*Santa Monica Scavenger Hunt for
Families, July 31st 10:30am- 12pm
Great for kids ages 7 to 13,
$19.50 adults, $15.00 kids to 13 years old
This hunts uncovers such fun
things in Santa Monica as finding the animal that escaped from the zoo, ice
cream on the sidewalk, and which of Harry Potter's friends like to hang out around
Santa Monica. Don't forget your
camera!
*Santa Monica Scavenger Hunt, Twilight Treasure, July 31st 5:30pm to 8:00pm $25 per person
This evening hunt is geared to challenge the local resident and tourist alike. Did you know that Santa Monica had a floating casino before Vegas? Do you know what the Terminator and Forrest Gump have in common with the Pier? When did the scantily clad California girls take over the beach? Uncover all the answers plus more treasure on this hunt, even solve a clue while on the ferris wheel at twilight! Form you teams and bring your camera.

course! Grab your friends and join
Out of the Box Events for a brand new, fun-filled scavenger hunt through the
L.B.C. This great city is home to the famed Queen Mary, the Aquarium of the
Pacific, The Port of Long Beach and of course, Snoop Dog. Long Beach is a vibrant beach community
with lots to explore. Teams will scour the quirky shops and attractions of the
famous waterfront boardwalk to uncover answers to clever clues and ‘out of the
box’ trivia. Uncover a Japanese
garden, a unique Raindance and the world’s largest mural!
